The RoadTrip©

A Unique Team Offsite

The RoadTrip© is a unique take on the traditional team offsite. Each person arrives at a designated location having packed according to specific instructions received a week earlier via email.
Upon arrival, each person receives an envelope with specific instructions. Instructions will include the following: - Transport requirements
- Accommodation requirements
- Catering requirements
- Directions
- Tasks

The Team will be allocated an overall budget and will need to organise and complete all of the above within budget and time constraints. At the end of The RoadTrip©, ‘Profit’ can be distributed amongst team members or donated to a charity of choice.

Tasks will include individual, group and entire team challenges and will occur throughout the duration of The Roadtrip. Note: Whilst the tasks play an important role within The RoadTrip©, the majority of time will be spent undertaking “Business Activities’ at a pre-determined location.

Potential Agenda

Agendas are tailored through consultation with clients to suit their specific needs.

PRE-WORK: Each person to complete their MBTI profile online (or similar)

OFFSITE: Throughout The RoadTrip: Individuals share learnings from MBTI. Individual, Group and Team building activities. Adding value to myself, my team, my business, my customers.

ONGOING: (recommended) Regular Coaching Buddy conversations.
Quarterly Leadership Team Learning Labs (content to be determined)
